Today Charlotte celebrates 25 years at CBL.  Photo shows Charlotte (fourth from left) when she was a finalist in the Women in Business Awards - in pre social distancing days!  Two years after joining CBL, she took over as Managing Director from Clive Barford, her father and founder of the company.
