Area Manager – Hire, Parts and Service - at CBL Bristol

Required at our centre in Portbury, Bristol, near the junction of the M5/M4, representing our hire, parts and service business covering Bristol and outlying areas.  Selling experience and knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.  The right attitude is essential.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a talent for problem solving, be customer focused and sales driven.

You must show the drive to motivate yourself on a daily basis, at times setting your own targets and reporting to the Depot Manager your achievements.  This directly affects the achievements of the internal teams, the Bristol depot and the company as a whole.

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, 7.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sales/Hire Administrator at CBL Bristol

This is an office based role based in our busy construction equipment centre in Portbury, near the junction of the M5/M4.

To be successful you will need:
to have office administration experience and knowledge of working to procedures and processes;
a good telephone manner; 
be computer literate with experience of word and excel; and 
be capable of working alone and using your initiative; but also enjoy working as part of a team.

The role will include:
ensuring that all machine sales administration is completed properly and promptly;
assisting the hire manager and the service manager with all administration required to meet the company’s procedures;
assisting in producing sales quotations and information packs;
dealing with incoming suppliers' invoices (approving/coding/rejecting as necessary) and sending to the purchase ledger department; and
working flexibly with the other members of the office team, covering their responsibilities when necessary.

Training will be given where needed.

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday.  Hours to be discussed and agreed and can be between 30 – 42.5 hours per week.

Service/Hire Administrator at CBL Crawley
 
This is a full time, office based role based in our busy construction equipment depot in Faygate, near Horsham, W Sussex, working with our friendly team of 19 people in the office and workshop.
 
To be successful you will need:
•          to have office administration experience and knowledge of working to procedures and processes;
•          a good telephone manner; 
•          be computer literate with experience of word and excel; and 
•          be capable of working alone and using your initiative; but also enjoy working as part of a team.
 
The role will include:
•       Ensuring that all parts administration is completed properly and promptly and advising your manager when there are any problems that prevent this from happening.
•       Assisting the hire manager and the service manager with all administration required to meet the company’s procedures.
•       Assisting in producing sales quotations and information packs.
•       Dealing with incoming suppliers' invoices (approving/coding/rejecting as necessary) and sending to the purchase ledger department. 
•      Working flexibly with the other members of the office team, covering their responsibilities when necessary.
 
Training will be given where needed and there will be opportunities to progress your career with the company.
 
This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday 7:30 – 17:00 with one hour for lunch (42.5hrs per week).
