CBL's continuing quality certification

As we approach our milestone of 30 years certification as a quality business we are pleased to report that this year’s external audits have been completed with continued improvement noted throughout the business.

Almost 30 years ago, way back in 1994, the senior management team are seen in the inset photo accepting the prestigious award for being the first business to receive Quality certification across all areas of its business in hire, sales, parts and service.  CBL’s late founder, Clive Barford, is fourth from left.

Great to see this still continuing and improving with Tim Hanson, Depot Manager at CBL Bridgend, welcoming Steve Bell from accreditation body BM Trada at this year’s audit at CBL Bridgend (main photo).
